IMC member Ann N. Videan, APR, will speak on virtual teams in a national virtual conference on July 30. The Webinar, Big Business Solutions for Small Agencies: How to Generate More Clients and Manage Virtual Teams, is sponsored by the national Independent Practitioners Alliance, a section of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Participants will learn:

• Tips for self-marketing success
• Proven methods to grow your business
• Secrets to managing virtual teams

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

Session #1:
Henry DeVries, author of “Pain Killer Marketing and Client Seduction,” will give the keynote opening session for the conference, with a one-hour presentation on how to brand yourself as an expert and gain a competitive edge in the marketplace. He will also cover how to generate leads and woo new clients

Session #2:
Marisa Vallbona, APR, of CIM Incorporated, and Nancy Juetten, of Nancy S. Juetten Marketing, Inc., will share their experiences in using Henry's tips to grow their individual communications businesses.

Session #3:
Ann Videan, APR, of Videan Unlimited, and Heathere Evans-Keenan, APR, of Keenan PR, Inc., will discuss how they've built their agencies with sub-contractors and virtual teams to provide just the right mix of skills for their clients.
