“Talkin 'bout the Generations”

Are you prepared to deal with managers and decision makers from 3 different generations? Do you know and understand the differences between Boomers, Gen X and Gen Y?

Most of us we have dealt with Baby Boomer decision makers for most of our career. Heck, most of us are Boomers ourselves, so we know what makes us tick (at least we think that we do!). Well Generations X & Y want to communicate differently, they view strategy differently, they want to spend time differently, and they do most everything differently!

The Arizona Chapter of IMC has brought together a panel of 3 business professionals, each representing one of the distinct generations referenced above. This panel will be available to members and guests for questioning, probing, etc at our November 14, 2008 Breakfast Meeting.

So come meet them, ask your questions, find out what they are looking for in terms of approach, delivery, communication style, what they may be looking for from their consultants, etc. Perhaps there is no difference, maybe the well chronicled differences are mythical…well you’ll never know if you don’t come.
