Tom Kurtz

Tom Kurtz is the founder and President of the Dream ON Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping people lead fuller, more authentic lives by tapping into and reinvigorating the dreams of their youth. A successful educator, executive and businessperson, Tom has inspired people during his entire career to think beyond their limitations, and achieve more than they thought possible. Tom is the originator of ‘The Tenth Power’, the process that reconnects people to their innate strengths and ageless aspirations. People are re-energized to embark on a new career, create a more exciting lifestyle and develop better and healthier relationships with others.

Tom began his career in Michigan where he specialized in working with learning disabled children. With a Bachelor of Science degree in education and sociology, Tom moved to Florida where he was the recipient of local, state and national awards for his innovative teaching techniques in the classroom. Hired by the American Express Company, Tom continued on his path to success and in his role as Senior Director of Employee Development for national operations, and was recognized with the Gold Chairman’s Award for Quality. Tom also earned an MBA with specializations in marketing and finance.

Tom next built a successful consulting practice helping businesses make better hiring decisions. This evolved into a full time executive coaching practice which for the last 10 years has helped individuals from all walks of life rediscover the ideals of their youth and make those dreams an exciting and prosperous reality for today. Tom has assisted lawyers, entrepreneurs, engineers, managers, recent college grads and many others get the life of their dreams as radio show hosts, authors, actors, business owners, community activists, motivational speakers, philanthropists, and in the process has seen them become better spouses, leaders, friends and all they were born to be.
