Les has over 30 experience in supervision, management and executive development. Les retired from a twenty-six year career in law enforcement. He served as Assistant Chief of Police in Tempe, Arizona as well as Executive Director for the Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

Les is a professional speaker and member of the National Speakers Association.
