Deborah holds a B.S. in Business Administration and earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology while building her consulting practice. Her experience and education reflects a strong understanding of the "knowledge worker" and the need for effective leadership and management to drive business success in the knowledge based business world. She now leverages her experience, skills, education and abilities offering organizations her expertise to understand and enhance the effectiveness of their primary assets, their people, while improving the bottom line.
