As a Divisional VP his team successfully converted a $40B business unit into a $60B business unit in just 12 months, simultaneously leading the organization in Employee Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Rod's success led him to become the youngest officer of the, 100 year old, Fortune Global 500 financial conglomerate Toronto Dominion, the 5th largest bank in North America.
