Since 1992, Lisa has worked with global leaders in companies with annual revenues averaging in the billions of dollars to take leaders and leadership teams to the next level.

In recent years, she has been recognized by her professional peers, being presented with The Desert Diamond Award - Bridge Builder of the Year and the Pioneer Award of the Year by the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She was also recognized in the Phoenix Business Journal as one of five recipients of their “Women To Watch” designation.

Lisa was listed twice by the Phoenix Business Journal in their famous “Book of Lists” as a Phoenix-area, Management Consultant and was featured in the publication as a cross-cultural communication specialist. She was also a guest on 620 KTAR and 1310 KXAM program entitled “Going Global”.

She has taught in the MBA program at Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management and serves as ongoing visiting faculty since 2001 in the Executive MBA program at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores del Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Lisa is a recipient of a two, Fulbright-Hays awards from the U.S. government to provide business consulting in Mexico.

She is President (2005-2007) of the Arizona Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and Liaison to Mexico for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). Lisa is also affiliated with the Arizona-Mexico Commission, and the American Society of Training and Development.

In addition to extensive travels around the world, Lisa has lived in Mexico, France, Costa Rica, Russia and the United States.

Lisa completed the Gestalt International Organizational Systems and Development Program in 2006, as well as prior completion of executive education programs at Harvard Law School and at Thunderbird - The Garvin School of International Management (Ranked #1 International Management School in the U.S. by U.S. News and World Report). She was awarded her Masters of Arts in training and development with highest honors at the University of Southern Mississippi’s Morelia, Mexico campus, her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and has studied at prestigious educational institutions in Paris, France; San Jose, Costa Rica and Saint Petersburg, Russia.
