Mindy Jones is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, and has masters’ degrees in Business (MBA), and Taxation (MST). She is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of CPA’s, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. She teaches advanced level tax and valuations classes at Arizona State University and University of Phoenix, and speaks routinely at professional associations and business events. She has authored several articles and is a recognized national speaker on the topic of business transition planning, valuation, and building value within entrepreneurial businesses.
