How You Can Make a Difference in IMC-AZ

Institute of Management Consultants – Arizona Chapter is made up of committed members, like yourself, who contribute their knowledge and expertise in management consulting for the betterment of the profession. There are several ways that you can make a difference.

Below are just ten different ways you can get involved.

1. Join IMC. If already a member, renew your IMC membership on time.
2. Be active. Regularly come to the monthly chapter meetings.
3. Share your thoughts. Suggest ideas for good speakers and topics for upcoming chapter meetings.
4. Spread the word. Include IMC credentials in your marketing materials.
5. Talk it up. Mention IMC membership when talking to clients and prospects.
6. Bring a guest. Introduce others you know to IMC. Bring them to IMC-AZ events.
7. Enlist. Make sure you are listed in the IMC-AZ directory.
8. Broaden your horizons. Go to the National Conference and Confab meetings and meet your peers from around the world.
9. Volunteer. Offer to serve on the Board of Directors. There are plenty of opportunities to help out with membership, programs, and treasurer functions.
10. Mentor someone. Be an advisor to someone new to the management consulting profession.
