Speed to Market as a Competitive Advantage

Knowing how and what to focus on, creates dramatic results as the norm. We waste huge amounts of time, much on the wrong things. Smart people work intensely on their businesses and only get reasonable results.

A different way of looking at your system/business will produce unreasonable results.

This workshop will show how and where to focus attention to dramatically improve results that have always appeared to be beyond reach.

Demonstrations and hands-on simulations will expose the policies, metrics and systems that force our behaviors. “Tell me how you will measure me and I’ll tell you how I will behave.” You will learn why it’s so hard to get things done.

When we know what is limiting our business, we can make changes that significantly improve the output, the quality, the lead time, the customer satisfaction, costs, and profits. And, stress goes way down.

Lead us out of this recession. Your project and production speed, and your client’s speed, are a competitive advantage.
