Paula has 22 years leadership experience in Sourcing and Manufacturing Operations at Medtronic, Honeywell, United Technologies, and Motorola.  While at Medtronic, she was Director of Strategic Sourcing, managed a $400 million budget, and created the Supply Chain organization in Puerto Rico.

 Paula volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Alliance of Technology and Women and the Phoenix chapter of the International Coaching Federation and is a professional certified member of the National Speakers Association.
