Barbara Elazari, Ed.D.__________________________________________

Barbara Elazari, Ed.D. focus on developing individual and team soft skills around building effective teams, leadership, managing conflict and communication. I constantly research current trends and develop workshops to provide individuals with concrete, easy to use tools and strategies.

I received my doctoral degree from Pepperdine University in 1997 with a focus on education. My belief is that people learn best by learning content, applying it in an experiential manner followed by some reflection on their own perspective.

Prior to establishing our business, I worked at a Fortune 50 company, primarily in the Technology area as a manager of software professionals.  I have over 20 years of experience managing professionals and teams in a wide variety of departments.
